With more than 6 years of UI / UX experience for various businesses and start ups, I have had the opportunity to update the look and layout of apps and websites by creating solutions through page/user flow diagrams, wireframes and hi-fi interactive prototypes.
I love how the UI/UX process combines the creativity of beautiful design with the thoughtfulness of functionality and usability.

Homepage Redesign - BEFORE
I was brought on as a freelance designer at Cozymeal and was quickly asked to take on the task of redesigning the website. The site had become outdated, overcrowded and no longer represented the design direction the brand was trying to achieve.

The mission was to create a simplified and elegant experience for the user. Replacing the typefaces gave the site an instant contemporary touch and additional padding between the elements offered a lighter and more legible look with plenty of "breathing room". The use of animated iconography (like the Empire State Building turning into a piece of pizza in its hover state) brings a fun, interactive element to the site encouraging the user to explore more of the subtle suprises throughout the site.

Dashboard Redesign
Before Covid put the world on hold, I was able to redesign every aspect of The Winning Seat® App from the Sign In page and Dashboard, to the small, yet significant, details such as the icons, menus and buttons. Below are the final three dashboard designs that were presented to the Owners, Investors and Board of Directors.

"Check In To Win" Wireframes
As a team, we created a short daily sweepstakes to encourage traffic where Users would check in at the same time each day and the App would select one active player at random to win a Prize.

"Daily Deal" Wireframes
I was asked to come up with ways to encourage daily visits to the App and enhance user retention. I came up with a Daily Offer (donated by Sponsors) where Users could answer a survey question and receive a discounted Offer.
